This sympathy card uses the dime from my painting "Canadian Wish."
 
The message on the back reads:
 
Dimes from Heaven
There are those who believe that a found dime is a message from a loved one who has passed on. 
Not only is the number ten symbolic of new beginnings and the cyclical nature of life, but it is thought that such a coin is meant to be a reminder that your life is coming full circle and that you are never truly alone. 
Those we love are never truly gone.
 
... and the message on the inside reads:
 
They are never truly gone,
the ones that we love.
 
And with each new day that dawns,
You will find gentle reminders,
of how your life was that much better,
for having them in it.
In time, you will realize that the real sadness,
Would be if they’d never been in your life at all.
